Type of School: Bilingual (English/French), co-educational, private, non-profit.

Accreditation: Offering Ontario Ministry of Education courses leading to OSSD

Grades: 10 through university entrance

 

General curriculum: Rigorous academic courses with emphasis on film and dramatic arts (theory, expression and performance). Enriched courses are offered in core subjects (English, French, Math, Science, Philosophy and Social Sciences.)

 

Specialized curriculum – CAV (Cinema Audio Visual), Theatre: Enriched courses of study which meet and exceed the provincial curriculum guidelines. They conform to the French International Baccalaureate Options (OBI) and to the curriculum of the French Ministry of National Education. These advanced courses are challenging. Successful students may be granted advanced placement or credit at universities (This program may be offered in partnership with LFT, the Lycée Français de Toronto)

 

Specialized curriculum - AP options: All our enriched courses offered in Grade 11 and 12 are adequate preparation for the related AP examinations. Our school encourages students to take the corresponding AP Exams. Successful students may be granted advanced placement or credit at universities.

 

Graduates earn: 

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD); Honors Bilingual Diploma, Bilingual Diploma,

AV and Theatre: French International Baccalaureate Certification.
